While his beloved Bears were knocked out of the playoffs by the Packers, the country star still dreams of the Chicago team winning the Super Bowl.
“That’s the most mind-blowing thing in the world to me. You can go out there and have a song that can touch somebody like that on the radio. That’s really cool and to be able to hear it for the first time was a special moment.”
More than a dozen country, rock and reggae artists will perform for Rock the Ocean’s two-night festival next year.
“We’re going to head on out to an arena tour with a guy named Brett Eldredge and Chase Rice,” Currington told Radio.com. “Brett, what a great singer-songwriter. I hear they get a little crazy too. Three crazies in the room, one night. Should be a lot of fun.”

Carrie Underwood, Florida Georgia Line, Kellie Pickler, Brett Eldredge, Joan Jett and Fall Out Boy are among the musicians who have been invited to play the 87th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
When Brett Eldredge sat down to write “Don’t Ya” with Chris DeStefano and Ashley Gorley, he was simply thinking of how girls play tricks on their minds.
“I want to tell you how special this night is,” Brett Eldredge said during his album release party Tuesday (Aug. 6) at New York’s Highline Ballroom. “I never had an album in my life and I’ve been dreaming of this day.”
