The 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards are going a little bit country next year. A special GRAMMY Moment performance will feature Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson and Blake Shelton on the GRAMMY stage together.

Two-time GRAMMY winner Merle Haggard and three-time GRAMMY winner (and 2014 Recording Academy Lifetime Achievement Award recipient) Kris Kristofferson will join forces with Willie Nelson, a seven-time GRAMMY winner, and current GRAMMY nominee Blake Shelton, who is up for Best Country Solo Performance (“Mine Would Be You”), Best Country Album (Based On A True Story…) and Best Country Song (“Mine Would Be You”).

Country artists are well represented at the upcoming GRAMMY Awards. Kacey Musgraves is one of the nominees for the all-genre Best New Artist category alongside James BlakeKendrick LamarMacklemore & Ryan Lewis and Ed Sheeran. A complete list of the country nominees and categories is below.
