Bathroom Blog: Grab Your Tissues, Luke Bryan Is Awesome
Oooooh Mannnn do I take my life for granted sometimes. I came across this video this morning annnnd stop what you are doing right now, grab some tissue and come back, I’ll wait.
Ok, this is the first I’ve heard of this, it is probably old news to you but either way, it’s a good reminder to appreciate every day. This is Kaitlyn Smith’s story. Sadly she passed end of February of this year.
Her Make a Wish was to meet Luke Bryan. That is what she wanted as her one wish. It’s my JOB to meet these artists. My. JOB. I get paid to talk to them, go to their shows and play their music. Watching this just put a whole lot in perspective just now. I hate saying I don’t realize how blessed I am because I really do, but this is just my every day, this has been what is “normal” to me for 16 years, I sometimes forget to appreciate every single moment.
Here is Kaitlyn’s story about how AWESOME she was and how great Luke Bryan was to her. She was one of the girls he dedicated “Tailgates & Tanlines” to.
And then I saw THIS video. The day she passed away Luke dedicated this song to her at his concert. Goosebumps through the entire thing.
