LeAnn Rimes Will Offer A More ‘Human Perspective’ In Music
For singer LeAnn Rimes, life may have been a bit bumpy lately but she seems to have evolved into a musician who is now offering a more “human perspective” when it comes to her music.
During a recent appearance on “The View”, Rimes said that she was glad the the tides in her life were changing: “I’m glad the conversation is changing,” she said. “Yes, I’m approaching these topics through my music, but at the same time, it’s not just the specific situations — these are real human emotions,” as stated by Rimes and written on the TasteofCountry.com website.
In fact, Taste of Country details Rimes past: “If you’ve been hiding under a rock somewhere, allow us to fill you in: Rimes and her husband, Eddie Cibrian, didn’t get together under the most ideal circumstances. In fact, Rimes and Cibrian were both married to other people before they left their partners to start a life together,” stated the site. “Cibrian’s ex-wife, ‘Real Housewives’ star Brandi Glanville, hasn’t taken to Rimes very kindly over the past few years. Glanville has openly called Rimes “unstable” and she has accused her of suffering from an eating disorder.”
Despite the drama, Rimes seems to have been on a course to overcome marital and family issues and place her attention on her music and career. “Many of the songs on ‘Spitfire’ were inspired by Rimes’ complicated feelings about her initial relationship with Cibrian and other difficulties that she has experienced as a result of the affair,” addedTaste of Country .
The site also states that Rimes takes full responsibility for her mistakes and is using them as stepping stones to build a better future.
Life is all about second, third, fourth and fifth chances and perhaps Rimes is entitled so them just as we are. Rimes’ current album is titled “Spitfire”.
