THIEF RETURNS $800 THAT WAS STOLEN IN THE 1980′s: An anonymous burglar who felt guilty about stealing $800 from “Middle Mart” in Thornapple Township, Michigan about 30 years ago has returned the money plus interest. The Barry County sheriff’s department said they received a note along with $1,200 on Monday (March 18th). The note, which boasts a few spelling errors, asks for help locating the man he robbed. It reads: “Anyways, I did a very bad thing that I am shamed of and have lived with this guilt. I can’t begin to say how sorry iam but have lived with this guilt too long. If you do find him, please tell him that I was afoolish stupid man when I did that and iam sorrie.” Authorities said they were surprised to get the letter and added that they have no interest in reopening the case since the incident was many years ago.
And doubling up on the FEEL GOOD stories – there is this viral sensation of this military wife who walked out of Dunkin Doughnuts to the surprise gift that brought tears to her eyes. I could re-write the entire story but it’s just as easy read the entire story, see the photo and feel great!
