Well it’s about time! Blake Shelton today announced that he’s embarking on a major North American tour this summer. He’s calling it the Ten Times Crazier Tour–which should offer some clue as to what it’s going to be like.

“This summer is going to be a blast,” Blake said in a press statement released today. “I want everyone at my shows to leave feeling like they got every penny’s worth of their ticket. I am going to give them every ounce of me on that stage because they deserve it. My fans are die hard country fans, they love to laugh and have a good time and I’m going to join them in what truly will be the Ten Times Crazier Tour.”

The tour kicks off July 19 in Virginia Beach, Virginia and runs through Oct. 5 in Wichita, Kansas. Supporting Blake during the tour will be Easton Corbin and Jana Kramer.

Tickets for the general public go on-sale in March, though pre-sale information, contesting, meet-and-greet opportunities, and other information will be available soon to members of Blake’s BS’er Fan Club.

This is Blake’s second headlining tour following the Well Lit & Amplified Tour, which took place the first few months of 2012. Additional recent successes for Blake include seven consecutive Number One singles, back-to-back wins on The Voice, his recent Christmas album, and his latest single, “Sure Be Cool If You Did.”

“With The Voice schedule, I was not able to go out and perform as much as I wanted last year,” Blake said in his statement, “but I plan to make up for it this year.”
