Captains Log:

Years ago I always would frequent the drops of Frankincense and Sandalwood on my feet before. Year ago, I don’t recall ever getting a cold like this bugger that has latched on here in 2buckshot’13.

YES I have been guzzling the BAKING SODA and after I got that who TBSP TSP thing worked out, it doesn’t taste bad at all. Although, I think it is accomplishing the same thing as my taking PH balancing pills.

So back to essential oils.  I’m on it. Sandalwood and Frankincense are the oils listed to be great for expectorant and  cold fighting stuff. I am going to be smelling like a manger or fresh refrigerator and feeling stellar in no time!

Yes I realize Jana Kramer has nothing to do with this article but I’ve decided to use her photos for everything over the next few weeks.  :o)
