I’m back from a week of walking around in my underwear eating raw Toll House Cookie dough. I’m sure they appreciate the endorsement.
The events that happened over the week – were not ones of cotton candy and uproarious laughter.
Wednesday a cat that I got at FLEET SUPPLY in SAINT CROIX FALLS back in 1992 needed to be put down — 20 YEARS! She actually lived longer than Fleet Supply did. She had an great life and was with me longer than I lived with my parents, or have been with my wife. Crazy to think about.
Then on Saturday our Cricket (pictured -blinking) was put to sleep — 13 years old.
She was always smiling for the camera and such a ham! And that’s all I want to say about that.
So ready to have the housing stuff finished. Have waited for 2 months waiting on word on a short sale – and now realizing they could string this stuff out indefinitely. 8 other prospects on tap for today!
Love the reaction to the girls at Elk River High School winning Hunter Hayes tickets this morning – that was fantastic! We’ve got them all week at 7:10 and Kris Valentine has sets in the PM at 4:10.
Anyone watch Boardwalk Empire? Holy Cow – they ran a marathon on Sunday and I couldn’t break away! Hooked. Between that, Sons of Anarchy, and DEXTER starting – I’m good!
The Cash Code is unloading the bucks! $1000 or $5000 – really, what would you do? I think, something that would involve a good memory with family. A party, weekend together – traveling or just here but doing something totally different for us that we could all carry with us as a favorite moment in life.
How about you?
