Justin Moore On Ashton Kutcher Feud – ‘That’s What Twitter’s For’
Justin Moore stopped by CBS Charlotte station The New 103.7 recently to perform a short acoustic set that included hits “If Heaven Wasn’t So Far Away”, “Small Town USA”, “Bait A Hook” and his new single “Til My Last Day.” But before he pulled out the guitar, Justin sat down to chat with Charlotte’s Tanner in the Morning. Topics included his NASCAR picks for the Coca Cola 600, what’s on the musical horizon, and even his Twitter feud with Ashton Kutcher.
Just after the ACM Awards this past April, there was a short Twitter fight between Ashton Kutcher, Miranda Lambert and Justin Moore. Ashton was one of the presenters at the award, and some found his over-the-top red country suit and cowboy hat disagreeable. Justin was among those who took to Twitter about it:
Seen Ashton kutcher at the acms tonight. What a douche! I don't care for people making a mockery of the way country artists' dress.—

Soon after, Ashton fired back at Justin. “Justin Moore calls it mocking I call it respecting your Elders. Maybe that’s old fashion. Know when to fold em brother….” Talking “Elders” only prompted a sharp reply from Justin: “Go listen to alan Jackson ” gone country” brother…you can’t hang with me on old country buddy. Not gonna happen…JM”.
Ashton also had a brief feud with Miranda Lambert, but they two recently made up during a Kentucky Derby party. So, did Justin and Ashton ever settle their differences? Is the feud still on? “I guess it’s off,” Justin admitted. “A lot of people had the same opinion I did…I really just don’t care, honestly. That was the way I felt about it, and that’s what Twitter’s for in my opinion.”
During the conversation Justin focused more on what, to him, was really important: his family. “I have a 27-month-old who’s certifiably insane, and a six-month-old little girl,” he says, whom he attributes to having his wife’s sweet demeanor. The funny part for him? Justin’s youngest tested in the 90th percentile in height–something that caused the 5’6″ country singer som excitement. “I’m just going, ‘YES!’,” he says, pumping a fist the air.
